Return Policy
You have 14 days from the receipt of an order to request
a refund for any unused item. Upon receipt of the returned
merchandise, you will receive a full refund (less shipping
and handling).
Note
The trimming tools (kanna, yumi and tsuchikaki)
are made of iron, and should not be washed with water
during cleanup. We suggest cleaning these high quality
iron tools with a cloth, and making sure they are dry
before storage. If your tools do develop rust spots,
however, their effectiveness will not be diminished; you
may wish to carefully remove the rust blooms with steel
wool before use.
